Whether you are a resident, renter, or seasonal guest, we hope you enjoy the peaceful atmosphere here. We invite you to relax by our pool overlooking Clam Bay, where you might spot a dolphin or manatee. You are also welcome to borrow a book from the lending library in the pool clubhouse, play shuffleboard in the common area, or use the tennis and pickleball courts located at the front of the building.

Beyond our grounds, there is much to explore:

• To the North: Take a 10-15 minute walk north on Collier Boulevard to the Esplanade to enjoy the shops, restaurants, and marina views.
• To the South: Stroll 5-10 minutes south to Residents' Beach to watch the sunset, or hop on a bike to the JW Marriott for lunch on the sand at Quinn’s or dinner at the 5th-floor, adults-only Tesoro.
• Across the Street: Visit Doreen’s Cup of Joe for breakfast or brunch, or stop by Joey’s Pizza, La Mesa, or Sami’s for lunch and dinner.
